We are so sorry for your loss. Joan was a second mother to me growing up and I have many fond memories of her. I will never forget her. My families prayers are with you and your family.

She was a peach! Upbeat. A terrific teammate. A radiant presence in our congregation. Joan and Bob made singular contributions to the common and spiritual life of the Old South, an impact, really, lasting to this day. We share every confidence she shares life now with her beloved Bob.

I remember your mother as a kind and gentle lady. I knew both her and your father at Old South Church and am sorry that I cannot be there with you to honor her life.
With sincere sympathy,
