KELLEY Albert, of Osterville, MA. Formerly of Brighton, MA, Priscilla Beach, Plymouth, MA and Melbourne Beach, FL, died on June 12, 2014 in Weston, MA surrounded by his family. He was 98. Mr. Kelley was born in Boston, son of the late Martin and Rose (Long) Kelley. He graduated from Mechanical Arts High School in Boston and attended Northeastern University. During World War II, he served for three years in the 102nd Construction Battalion, U.S. Navy Seabees, as Chief Boatswain. He was elected Business Agent for local 589, Boston Carmen's Union of the MBTA, and also served as a member of the MBTA Retirement Board. He leaves his second wife, Jane Moeder Kelley, of Briarwood Village, Coldwater, Ohio, whom he married in July 2010. His first wife, Agnes Mary Athy Kelley, whom he married on December 28, 1940, predeceased him on November 8, 1988. He is survived by eight children and 16 grandchildren: Margaret K. Callahan and her husband, Neil R. Callahan, of Wolfeboro, NH, and their children Joanne, Neil and Maura; Virginia K. Cronin of Swampscott, MA, and her children Kelley C. Begin, Christine Cronin, and Erin C. Sunday; Agnes K. Manning, of Newburyport, MA and her children Andrea Weetman and Michael Manning; Dr. Maryellen Kelley of Truro, MA; Patricia K. Conway and her husband, Dr. Joseph Conway, of Osterville, MA, and their children Adam, Peter, Sarah and Kimberly; Albert T. Kelley and his wife Carolyn Howard Kelley of Lexington, KY, and Sarasota, FL; Thomas M. Kelley and his wife, Judith Griffin Kelley, of Priscilla Beach, Plymouth, MA, and their children Coleen and Bridget; and Kathryn K. Brasco and her husband, Michael Brasco, of Weston, MA, and their children Virginia and James. He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren. He was also predeceased by his infant sons, Francis and Joseph; Sons-in-law, Edward C. Cronin, Jr., Dr. Bennett Harrison, James Manning; and daughter-in-law, Julia Legsdin Kelley. Mr. Kelley was the brother of the late Martin, Earl, William, Robert, John, and Virginia McCauley. He is survived by his sister, Rose McInnis and her husband, James McInnis, of Hingham, MA, his sister-in-law, Rosalie Kelley, of Little Compton, RI, and many nieces and nephews. Relatives and Friends are respectfully invited to attend Funeral Services from the Brasco & Sons Memorial Chapels, 773 Moody Street, WALTHAM on Thursday morning at 9:30 A.M. with a Mass of Christian Burial in celebration of Albert’s Life at Saint Julia's Church, 374 Boston Post Road, Weston at 11:00 A.M.
