PUSHARD Anne L. (Scanlan) of Canton, formerly of Dorchester, died peacefully February 26, 2012. She was 66 years old. Anne grew up in Dorchester and graduated St. Gregory’s High School in 1963. On June 20, 1970 she married the love of her life, Clyde S. Pushard, whom she cherished and faithfully cared for. Anne worked 17 years at Logan Airport for Delta Airlines reservations until 1987. She then worked with her husband Clyde at the Roache-Pushard Family Funeral Home in Canton. Together, she and her husband assisted in organizing the Canton Bi-Centennial celebration in 1997, as well as volunteering for the Canton Recreation Commission. Over their many years together Anne and Clyde helped serve the families of Canton through their most difficult times. Daughter of the late Michael and Grace Scanlan. Devoted and loving wife of the late Clyde S. Pushard. Loving mother of Lawrence M. Pushard and his wife Lauren of Canton. Proud grandmother of Christian, Meghan, Madeline, and Gavin Pushard. Sister of Jeanne M. McCarthy and her husband Robert of Dennis, Robert M. Scanlan and Joanne of Dennis, and the late Richard J. Scanlan. Beloved Aunt of Marie L. McNeilly of Norfolk, Robert E. McCarthy Jr. of Norwell, Kevin M. McCarthy of Windsor, CT., Robert M. Scanlan Jr. of Dennis, Timothy J. Scanlan of Westwood, Daniel F. Scanlan of Westwood, and Grace M. Nunziato of Medfield. Loving cousin of Patricia A. Walsh of Milton. Visiting hours from the Roache-Pushard Family Funeral Home 210 Sherman St., CANTON Friday March 2, 2012 from 4:00-8:00 P.M. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Saturday 10:30 A.M. in St. John the Evangelist Church 700 Washington St Canton.
