ALBANO Anthony J. of East Boston passed away October 2, 2014 at the Mass General Hospital surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Diane (Galvin) Albano. Loving father of Andrea Hallahan and her husband Tim, Anthony Albano JR., and his wife Kelly and Bianca Albano all of East Boston and Antoinette Lefevre and husband Matt of Chelsea. Dear brother of Theresa Clayburn, Barbara Meola, Peter and Joseph Fagone and Jady Rich all of East Boston, Lorraine Brown of Saugus, Annmarie Sacco of Chelsea, John Fagone of Revere and Errol Fagone of Medfield. Cherished grandfather Alexandrea, Riley and Shane Hallahan and Emma Lefevre. Fond Uncle of many nieces and nephews. Anthony was employed as Dean of Discipline for the Boston School system and was politically involved in the East Boston Community. Family and friends will honor Anthony’s life by gathering Sunday, October 5, from 3:00 to 7:00 P.M. in the auditorium in East Boston High School, 86 White Street. Funeral Mass in St. Anthony of Padua Church, 250 Revere Street, Revere, Monday at Noon. (PLEASE GO TO THE CHURCH). Burial private. At Anthony’s request please no flowers.
