CONNOLLY Betty A. (McLaughlin), 74, died, Monday, March 14, 2016 Surrounded by her family. Born in Framingham, she was the daughter of the late Mark and Elizabeth (McIntyre) McLaughlin. Betty was the wife of the late John T. Connolly who died in 1978. She is survived by her three children; John T. Connolly of Framingham, Christine Connolly of Milford and Maureen Romasco Prior of Mendon, five grandchildren; Megan Prior Lowther and her husband Matt, Michael Prior, Melissa Prior, Jeremy Robin and Bradley Bodoin. She is also survived by her four treasured great grandchildren, Connor, Taryn, Miles and Acton. As a lifelong resident of Framingham, she attended St. Stephens Catholic School and graduated from Framingham High School. Her main and most important job was a homemaker and devoted mother after her children were born. In the later years she worked for TJX Corporation and Accept Transportation. Betty loved being with her family, particularly at the beach. Driving to the Cape was something she was always looked forward to. She loved being surrounded by people, chatting up all kinds of stories and simply laughing with her loved ones was her greatest joy. She was a good neighbor, caring friend and a loving mother. Betty will be truly missed by all who were lucky enough to have known her. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral on Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at 10:00AM at the Norton Funeral Home, 53 Beech St. (corner of Union Ave), FRAMINGHAM, followed by a funeral service at 10:30 AM in the funeral home.
