DRUMMEY Charles E. 72 of Barnesville PA and formerly of Neshanic NJ passed way Thursday, October 17, 2013 at home. Born in Boston, MA he was a son of the late George and Mildred Drummey. A graduate of Jamaica Plain High School, Boston, MA, class of 1957 He worked at Fisher Scientific of New Jersey for 30 years. Charles served in the Marine Corps. He was a member of Ss Peter and Paul Roman Catholic Church, Tamaqua. He was an avid hunter and a member of South End Field and Stream Association, Frackville. He was the loving husband of Nancy Drummey who passed away in 2010. In addition to his wife, Charles was preceded in death by brothers, George and Robert and sisters, Margaret, Mildred, Charlotte and Clara. He is survived by his sons; Richard Drummey and his wife, Barbara, St Petersburg, FL and David Drummey and his wife, Mandy, Flemington NJ. Daughters; Darcey Matthews and her husband Christopher, Lake Ariel and Theresa Apostolis and her husband Joseph, Flemington, NJ, a sister Edna St. Peter, Boston, nine grandchildren and, several nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial was held at Ss Peter and Paul Roman Catholic Church in Tamaqua, PA on Tuesday, October 22, 2013.
