Know in your hearts Chris is in heaven, he is surely your angel watching you all, and sharing your love and your pain, but take comfort that he is at peace, you on earth still will suffer the pain, but heaven, peace and no more pain will be ours one day and we will rejoice with those gone before us. Love to you all

To all who have expressed their love and support during this most difficult time in the lives of myself, my children and their father I express my gratitude, words cannot define what I feel for your kindness. It is an honor to be called the mother of Christopher Joseph Mitrano. God gives us all a task to perform while on this earth, Christopher was so amazing that he fulfilled his responsibility in just 20 short years. The wonderful memories of him and our special moments shared are what sustain us. Gone too soon but never forgotten, he left his footprints on our hearts and he will live forever within us. Christopher you are my sweet Angel in heaven - I love you to eternity. Momma

Christopher was a great kid he was in my class at worcester state university taking a communications class together. We where in group projects everytime that class started. He was an AMAZING person. Not only because of his personality but because he enjoyed life to the fullest. Always always had a smile on his face no matter what. Always the first person to answer questions in class and ha so much enthusiasm towards school and life itself that just brought smiles to everyones face. Teachers and students loved him and to be honest I thought he was a very brave individual. Chris was the first person I talked to in my communications class. We met and let each other know our differences. He was an amazing kid. I've never lost a friend before, he made it seem like I was his friend forever just in that one semester. He is in great care. I think about him everyday and to hear that he is not here anymore hurts a lot. There are many people who love him and now his love will never Leave our hearts. Chills run down my spine thinking how short life is and how such amazing people can be gone that quick.

Love you bro and I'll always pray for you. Youssef chebbani

To the Family of Chris,
Sometimes there are no words to say ... but I will try because I too share your loss. I am so very sorry for the loss of your wonderful, unique, and "only yours" son. I, too, had a son who graduated in 2009 ... only at BVT. He played against BMR in baseball though. I too work at Milford Regional Medical Center and I too lost my boy in a car accident I September 2009 when Chad was just 18 years old.

The pain and loss is something that not even another parent can understand ... unless they too have lost a treasured child.

I am so sorry. If you would like to read about my son: www.chadarthurholbrook.com.

I got a sense from reading about your son that Chris had a smile as beautiful as Chad's.

With much care, compassion and understanding of how your world stops on a dime .... I hold your family in my thoughts and prayers.

To The Matrano/Zaino family-
My thoughts have been with you continually this last week! I know there are no words, but know that I care as so many do!

I am a co-worker of Margo, my sincere condolences to her and her family in this time of sorrow

Some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.

Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome you."

It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone.
As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on.
I need you here badly; you're part of my plan.
There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man.

God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do.
And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you.
And when you lie in bed at night, the day's chores put to flight.
God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night.

When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years
because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears.
But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain.
Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.

I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.
But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er.
I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.

There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb;
but together we can do it by taking one day at a time.
It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too...
that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.

If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,
then you can say to God at night......"My day was not in vain."
And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile,
knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile.

So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low,
just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street, and you've got me on your mind;
I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind.

And when it's time for you to go.... from that body to be free,
remember you're not going.....you're coming here to me.

To the Family, I am Margo's co-worker, my condolences to you all. I send this poem in hopes you will smile in your time of sorrow.

Mommy, don't cry, 'cause God is holding my hand
and telling me everything is OK.

Mommy, God said that I will never want for anything
and I will still feel your love all the way up here.

Mommy, you should see me,
I am running and playing with God's other children.

Mommy, guess who helps watch over us while we play?
They are God's Helping Angels!

Mommy, I'm not afraid, my grandpa and grandma are here.
They came to me when it was dark and held my hands;
then we went to God's bright light,
where Angels were singing.

Mommy, God said, If you feel sad, to remember this;
I'll be the gentle breeze that brushes your face,
the sun is my smile and the rain is me washing away your pain.

Mommy, I have to go now.
I send you all my love on the wings of an Angel.

April 7, 2011

I'll never forget how he had the entire family in the palm of his hands while singing Dean Martins "ain't that a kick in the head" at our annual Marrocco Christmas party. His timing was perfect, and he brought the house down. He couldn't have been more than eight or nine years old. His musical gifts were apparent even at that young age. There should be some word to describe this horrible loss, but there are none. There is some comfort knowing that his grandparents have embraced him in Paradise, and that while the angel Gabriel is playing his horn, Christopher is for sure, "rockin" with him. And to you Margo, your strength is remarkable. You have comforted our family with such care and love, you have been selfless through-out. So to this fine young man, my nephew, Christopher, "We Will Always Remember" Love, Uncle Sal

Do not judge a biography by its length,
Nor by the number of pages in it.
Judge it by the richness of its contents

Sometimes those unfinished are among the most poignant…

Do not judge a song by its duration
Nor by the number of its notes
Judge it by the way it touches and lifts the soul

Sometimes those unfinished are among the most beautiful…

And when something has enriched your life
And when its melody lingers on in your heart
Is it unfinished?
Or is it endless?

Keep your memories close and he will always be with you!

Love to you all,

What a terrible loss, I have not seen Chris in a few years but from what I'm reading he grew up to be a genuinely great guy. My thoughts and prayers are with my cousin Christopher and the entire family. I will always remember him as the entertainment at "Cousin" family gatherings at Aunt Norma & Uncle Dom's....xoxox

To the family of Christopher,
I can't even imagine what your family is going through. Chris was such a great friend, always making people smile and laugh. What happened to Chris is a true tragedy. His life was taken too short. I know in my heart he's watching over his family and friends. I'll never forget what a great person he was. The memories we share will be cherished for a lifetime! <3 Class of '09!

Chris was such a great guy for the couple of months that I worked with him. I'll never forget his happy smile, such a good kid going to be missed by many. My sympathies to his family and all his friends.
