DAVENPORT Corinne A. (Parziale) of Holbrook, formerly of the North End of Boston, passed away peacefully on April 17, 2014, at the age of 79, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Boston, Corinne was a graduate of Girl’s High School in Boston and later went on to graduate from Vesper George School of Art in Boston with an Associate’s Degree in Interior Design. For many years Corinne worked as a bookkeeper in the offices of Balsam’s Greeting card and Stationary store chain. An active member of the Holbrook community, she was a Holbrook High Music Parent and a faithful communicant at St. Joseph Church for the past 50 years. Corinne had a passion for cooking which began mainly with Italian dishes but her talents evolved into several different cuisines. Corinne is survived by her beloved husband, Roger M. Davenport. Loving mother of Joseph A. Davenport of Holbrook, Russell T. Davenport of Pembroke and Mary R. Davenport and her spouse Paula K. Murphy of Windsor, CT. Devoted sister of Joseph A. Parziale of WA and the late Alfred and Ernest Parziale. A private graveside service will be held at St. Michael Cemetery, Boston. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a Memorial Mass on Saturday, April 26th at 10:30 A.M. in St. Joseph Church, 153 South Franklin Street, Holbrook. Repass to follow.
