MANFRA Edward of East Boston on February 7. Beloved husband of over 66 years Jennie (Zozzi) Manfra. Devoted father of Jeanne M. Sasso and her husband Michael of East Boston, Edward Manfra of Chelsea and Denise Manfra and her husband Don Lasecki of Las Vegas. Dear brother of George Manfra of Middleton, Alfred Manfra of Wakefield and the late Jerry and Joseph Manfra, Florence Capezutto and Anna Farrell. Cherished Grandfather of Edward Sasso and Michelle Ambrosino. Adored great grandfather of Bianca, Alexa, Frankie and Bella. Also survived by his many loving nieces and nephews. Family and friends will honor Eddie’s life by gathering Thursday, February 13 from 4:00-8:00 in the Ruggiero Family Memorial Home, 971 Saratoga St., (Orient Heights), EAST BOSTON and on Friday morning at 10:00 A.M. for a prayer service in celebration of Eddie’s life. Services will then conclude in the Veterans National Cemetery in Bourne were Eddie will be laid to rest with his military Brothers and sisters. Late WWII Army Veteran, Past member Beachmont VFW.
