FREEMAN Ethel A. (Conley), passed away peacefully on September 15, 2015. Born in Boston, Ethel was a resident of Milton and Mattapan before moving to Dennis. Ethel was employed by the Federal Government as an Investigative Clerk, retiring in 1983. She served in the U.S. Navy as a Chief Yeoman during WW II. She also was a late member of St Angela Church Catholic Daughters. The devoted wife of the late John J. Freeman. Cherished mother of John J., Jr. and his wife Maureen of Tyngsboro, Peter F. and his wife Laura of TX, Joseph L. and his wife Mary of Dennis and Robert W. Freeman and his wife Margaret of Milton, Ann Freeman Des Roche and her husband Stephen of Milton and Kit McIntyre and her husband Patrick of NJ. Loving grandmother of 16 grandchildren. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Funeral Mass at St. Angela Church, Mattapan Friday morning at 11:00 A.M. Visiting hour at the Alfred D. Thomas Funeral Home, 326 Granite Avenue, MILTON Friday morning 9:00 A.M. - 10:30 A.M. prior to Mass. In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may be made to the Amyloids Foundation at Milton 617-696-4200
