BUDGELL George Edward, age 75, of Needham, Veteran of the US Navy serving on the USS Sullivans, died peacefully at his home surrounded by his loving family on Saturday, November 22, 2014. George was a resident of Brighton for many years before residing in Needham. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Lucy (Gavini) Budgell, children Betty Jean Castagna and her husband Walter of Shrewsbury and Lawrence Budgell and his wife Kathleen of Worcester along with three cherished grandchildren, BiancaMarie, Frank Castagna and Timothy Budgell. Visiting hours in the Andrew J. Magni & Son Funeral Home 365 Watertown Street, Rt. 16, NEWTON, Tuesday from 3:00 P.M. 7:00 P.M. A Funeral Service will be celebrated Wednesday morning at 10:00 A.M. in the Funeral Home and will be followed by burial at the MA National Cemetery on Cape Cod at 1:30 P.M. Relatives, friends and neighbors are kindly invited to attend all services.
