CENTANNI Incoronata "Millie" (Colella), age 95, of Cambridge, passed away peacefully on October 18, 2016. Born in the Bronx she was the daughter of the late Raffaele and Maria Antonia Colella. Beloved wife of the late Frederick A. Sr. Devoted mother of Fred, Jr and his wife Betty Ann, Arthur and his wife Elizabeth, Patrick and his wife Ellen, Ralph and his wife Jannette. Loving grandmother of Fred Centanni III and his wife Paula, Cori Ann and her husband Nicholas Samia, Laura, Rebecca, Sarah and Madison. Great-grandmother to Stella, Cody and Christopher and a dear friend to countless people. She graduated from Bunker Hill Community College Summa Cum Laude with a degree in fine arts. She was a tireless volunteer active in numerous community organizations including Thorndike School PTA, Cambridge Community Schools, Friends of the Cambridge Hospital and East End House. Funeral from the Donovan-Aufiero Funeral Home, 140 Otis St. East Cambridge Monday at 9:00AM followed by a Rite of Christian Burial in the Sacred Heart Church, 49 Sixth St., Cambridge at 10:00AM. Visiting Sunday 1:00-4:00pm and 6:00-9:00PM. In lieu of flowers donations in her memory may be made to East End House, 105 Spring St., Cambridge, MA 02141.
