WHITE James H. of Lexington and Arlington. December 26, 2014. Beloved husband of the late Bernardette (Simons) Loving father of Carolyn A. White of Arlington, H. James White Jr. of Germantown, MD, and Peter J. White of Cincinnati, OH. Also survived by 7 grandchildren. James was a Korean War Army veteran. A retired chemist, he was credited for two patents, he taught a citizenship class at the Haitian Coalition of Somerville and after September 11th he facilitated a Christian Muslim Jewish Dialogue in the Arlington Winchester area. He was an avid rower and taught sculling to many. He was an active parishioner at Saint Eulalia’s Church. Funeral from the Keefe Funeral Home, 5 Chestnut Street, Rt. 60 (adjacent to St. Agnes Church) ARLINGTON on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. Funeral mass will be held at Saint Eulalia’s Church in Winchester at 11am. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting Monday 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Burial is private. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Greater Boston Food Bank, 70 South Bay Ave., Boston MA 02118 or gbfb.org.
