BROGNA Jason A. (23) of Westwood left us suddenly on Friday May 23, 2014 with his family at his side. Jason graduated from Westwood High School in 2009 and attended Mass Bay Community College. Jason is the beloved son of Joseph A. Brogna of Westwood (formerly of East Boston) and Mary Beth (Swan) Brogna of Westwood (formerly of Dorchester). Jason leaves behind his best friend and loving brother, Derek J. Brogna, of Westwood and loving sister, Noel R. Brogna, and niece, Ashley J. Nistendirk, both of Foxboro. Loving grandson of Mary (Bellew) Swan, the late Thomas M. Swan of South Weymouth (formerly of Dorchester), the late Rose (DiChiara) Brogna and the late Joseph Brogna of East Boston. Jason will be remembered by his loving aunts, Susan Swan, Janice (Brogna) DeStefano and the late Netta (Brogna) DeCrescenzo and by his many loving cousins. Jason is the loving godson of Mary McGrath and the late John McGrath of Dorchester. Relatives and friends are invited to attend visiting hours in the Holden, Dunn and Lawler Funeral Home, 55 High Rock Street (off Route 109), WESTWOOD on Thursday May 29 from 3:00 P.M. 8:00 P.M. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Margaret Mary Church, 845 High Street, Westwood on Friday morning May 30at 10:00 A.M. Interment at New Westwood Cemetery.
