POLCARI Of Lawrence, formerly of Tewksbury and Somerville. December 25. Joseph A. Polcari Sr., age 86, retired District Fire Chief in Somerville, U.S.C.G. Veteran; Beloved husband for 62 years of the late Nathalie M. (Mori) Polcari. Survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Joseph A. Polcari Jr, and his wife Linda (Matthews) Polcari of Pepperell; two daughters and sons-in-law, Donna J. Valladares and her husband Rodney of Lawrence, Lisa A. Emmons of Lawrence and her late husband, Scott F. Emmons; a son-in-law, Michael Coyle of Tewksbury, who was the husband of the late Marie T. (Polcari) Coyle; five grandchildren, Matteo Polcari, Eric and Gina Coyle, Joanne and Rodney Valladares Jr; three great grandchildren, Nina, Tyler, and Mason; a sister, Gilda DiGregorio and her husband Frank of Medford; and many nieces and nephews. Visiting hours Tuesday morning, December 30, from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 A.M. in the Tewksbury Funeral Home, corner of 1 Dewey and 975 Main Sts.
