BARCLAY Kenneth Paul, 1939-2016 resident of Winchester died on March 17, 2016. He is survived by his wife, Pauline (Pollyann Churchill) Barclay, his children, Kenneth G. Barclay of Los Angeles, CA, Pauline (John) Gould of Dallas TX, Philip C. Barclay (Rachel) of North Andover and grandchildren Eva and Alexander Gould of Dallas, TX. He is also survived by his brother Gilbert G. of New Harbor, ME and his nephews. Kenneth grew up in Lexington, MA. He graduated from Lawrence Academy, Tufts University, and earned an MBA from the Eisenberg School of the University of Mass. He served as a VP at Tufts University and was a dean at the Harvard School of Public Health. Ken was the founder, President, and CEO of CHEG (Cambridge Health Economics Group). A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Eulalia’s Church, 50 Ridge Street, WINCHESTER on Wednesday March 23 at 11:00 A.M. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. At the family’s request visiting hours and interment will be Private. His family will receive friends in Manion Hall following the service.
