BOTSCH Lorrain Mae (Lynch) of Boston’s North End passed away on December 8th , 2014 surrounded by her loving family. She was an avid traveler with her family and church, enjoying the sunsets in Marshfield to the hills of Ireland and as far as Medjugorje and Jerusalem. Lorrain was a cook at the Marriott Long Wharf where her colleagues lovingly referred to their lunchroom as “Ma’s Kitchen”. Faith was important to Lorrain and loved her local church and volunteering as a Eucharist Minister. Lorrain was devoted to her family and is survived by her loving children Diane and her husband Richard McClain of Milton, Walter and his wife Margie Botsch of Weymouth, and Kevin and his wife Donna Botsch of Pembroke; and her dear sister Jean and her husband John Pavidis of Marshfield. She will be deeply missed by her nine grandsons, which she called her “Pride and Joys”: Ryan, Michael, Kevin, Christopher, Joey, Adam, Joe, Nicholas, Michael and one great-granddaughter Rohan. She also leaves her dear companion John Keenen of Westwood and her beloved cat, Elvis. Lorrain’s services will be held on Saturday, December 13th at Sacred Heart Church, 12 North Sq, Boston beginning with an hour of visitation from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. followed by an 11:00 a.m. funeral mass. Services will conclude at Milton Cemetery. Family and friends are welcome. In lieu of flowers, gifts may be made to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in memory of Lorrain Botsch to support cancer research and patient care at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, P.O.
