TURCO Pat “Patsy” a resident of Stoneham for over 50 years, died on April 19, 2013 in Andover. Most recently residing at Academy Manor in Andover, Pat was born in East Boston on April 12, 1919. He was the son of Filippo and Vincenza (Micciche) Turco and was the husband for 60 years of the late Angela (Benincuore) Turco. Pat was a graduate of East Boston High School and attended Lowell Institute at MIT majoring in Naval Architecture. He was employed for many years in the Engineering Department at Boston Naval Shipyard and was a WW II Veteran Navy Seabee. He is survived by two sons, Philip and his wife Gail of Chelmsford and Paul and his wife Nancy of Austin, TX. He was also the father of the late Nicholas Turco. He is also survived by four grandchildren, Jennifer Beaudet and her husband Jay of Goffstown, NH, David Turco of San Diego, CA, Allison Welch and her husband Rick of Austin, TX and Gregory Turco and his fianc Kristine Charais of Austin, Texas.
