TESTA Quirico Franco, 72 years of age, of Braintree passed away at the Alliance Healthcare Center in Braintree, on Friday, September 11, 2015. He was born in LaForma, Italy and emigrated from Italy in order to come to America and become a citizen in the U.S. He worked for many years until his retirement in 2012, as a waiter for the Ritz Carlton in Boston. He loved cooking and gardening and especially he loved soccer tournaments. His favorite soccer team was the Italian soccer team called, "Juventus." He enjoyed traveling to Italy with his family. He deeply loved his family, and he is survived by his beloved wife, Susan A. Testa and his beloved son, Marc G. Testa and his beloved daughter, Regina Maggiore, all of Braintree, MA, as well as his two grandchildren Cameron and Aidan. He also leaves behind his sisters, Ana Minori and Theresa Sbardella, both of LaForma, Italy as well as his two brothers, Fausto Testa and Gino Testa both of LaForma, Italy. His other brother, Johnny Testa, had predeceased him. Last rites were administered to him by the Roman Catholic clergy of St. Francis of Assisi Parish, Braintree. Services for Mr. Testa are private. In lieu of flowers, his family requests that donations should be made in his name, to the "Caring Voice Coalition" at 8249 Meadow Bridge Road, Mechanicsville, VA 23116. Arrangements by the Peck Funeral Homes of Braintree and Weymouth.
