On the national level, he worked closely for 22 years with the leader and incorporator of the National Holy Spirit Renewal Ministries in American Baptist Churches, working on conference programs and outreach, and served on the prayer ministry team. He also served on the executive committee of the National Association of Armenian Studies and Research, and chaired the Greater Boston Chapter, which had endowed a chair at Harvard University.
