CORKERY Rita O’Connor (Tierney), of Arlington, formerly of Cambridge. Passed away peacefully on February 29, 2016, surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of the late William J. Corkery, Sr. and John J. O’Connor. Loving mother of Maryann MacDonald and her husband Peter of Needham, Michele O'Connor and her husband Brian Connor of Arlington, Maureen Champa and her husband Michael of Boston, Marilyn Cahalane and her husband Jay of Newburyport, Janet Ryan O'Connor and her late husband Michael of Wilmington. Brian Corkery of Everett, Maurice Corkery of Woburn, Mary Lou Byrne-Baker of Arlington, Robert Corkery of Arlington, Kevin Corkery of Billerica, Janice M. LeClair of Londonderry, NH, and the late William J. Corkery, Jr. Devoted grandmother of twenty nine grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren. Dear sister of Frances Albright, George Tierney, Paul Tierney, and the late M. Leo Tierney. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and close friends.
