BOVA Stephen A., Jr., of Everett, entered into rest on Sunday, October 5, 2014 in the Whidden Memorial Hospital in Everett. He was 69 years of age. Born in Everett, Steve was a lifelong resident. He was a machinist by trade and retired from Walbar Machine Shop where he worked for over 30 years. Beloved husband of the late Penny G. (Bernard) Bova. Dear son of the late Stephen A. and Maria (Martignetti) Bova. Cherished father of Stephen A. Bova, III and his wife, Jillian of Tewksbury, Robert Bova and his wife, Sandy of Tewksbury, Andrea Bova and Michael Bova of Everett. Brother of Alfred Bova and his wife, Carolyn of Tewksbury, Rita Bova and her spouse, Linda Fischer of CA, and the late Philip Bova. Devoted grandfather of Joseph and Sofia Bova, Corey, Jesse and Jared Bova, Clark Bova, Isaac Johnson, Alexis Bova, and TJ and Jason Rossetti. Stephen is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews. As requested, services are private and will be held at the convenience of the family. Late member of the Everett Council, Knights of Columbus, #97. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Stephen’s memory to the , 460 Totten Pond Road, Waltham, MA 02451 ( would be sincerely appreciated.
