ALMONACID Victoria R., age 78, of Braintree, died peacefully, Tuesday, November 5, 2013 at home, surrounded by her loving family. Victoria was born, raised, and educated in Lima, Peru. She immigrated to the United States in 1998 and has lived in Braintree. She was a devoted homemaker. Victoria was a faithful communicant at Saint John the Baptist Church in Quincy. She was a dedicated supporter of organizations that help children with cancer, such as the Jimmy Fund. In addition, Victoria especially enjoyed flowers and gardening. Beloved wife of the late Rolando Almonacid. Devoted mother of Arturo Almonacid of Malden, Elsi Almonacid Maki of Braintree, Enrique Almonacid of Braintree, Nelly Almonacid Chavez of Braintree, Carlos Almonacid of Hyannis, and Patricia Almonacid Sileski of Braintree. Loving grandmother of fifteen grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
