TOBIN William E. “Bill” of Halifax and Naples, FL formerly of E. Bridgewater and Randolph, passed away September 19, 2013 at the age of 76. Bill was born in Boston, grew up in Brighton and Dorchester. He was a retired plant engineer for Financial Publishing Co., Boston where he had worked for 45 years. He was an active member of the Randolph Lodge of Elks #2130 for over 50 years. He served as Treasurer of the lodge for 18 years, Chairman of the House Committee and served on three Grand Suites. Beloved husband of 53 years to Florence M. “Flo” (Landrigan) Tobin. Loving father of Stephen E. Tobin of Abington, Patrick E. Tobin of Quincy, and the late Kenneth E. Tobin. Devoted brother of Margaret Murphy of Randolph, Marilyn Antonellis of Westwood and Patricia O’Malley of Plymouth. He was son of the late William E. Tobin, Sr. and Margaret (Holmes) Tobin Murphy. Also survived by 14 nieces and nephews, 18 great nieces and nephews and his lifelong friend Bill Flynn. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a Memorial Visitation Period Wednesday 4:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. in the Cartwright Funeral Home, 419 N. Main Street (Rte. 28), RANDOLPH, MA. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday at 10:00 A.M. in St. Mary Church, Randolph. Committal Services will follow in St. Mary Cemetery, Randolph.
