WHITNEY Yvonne (Farrell) 86 years old, of Cambridge. December 13, 2013. Beloved wife of the late Joseph C. Whitney passed peacefully in her Winchester home. Survived by sons, Stephen Whitney, Dennis Whitney and Lawrence Whitney of Cambridge; daughters and sons in-law Leslie and Stephen O'Brien of Winchester, Robin and Robert Greene of York ME, Julie and Russell Greene of South Berwick ME, Elise & Steven Gauger of Billerica; grandchildren Matthew Whitney, Patrick Whitney, Elizabeth Whitney, Siobhan McAfee, Joseph R. Whitney, Connor O'Brien, Michael Whitney, Whitney Gauger, Kevin Whitney, James Steinsiek, and Thomas Gauger; as well as 4 great grandchildren. Godmother of Deborah DiLando of York ME. Mrs. Whitney was a long-time parishioner of Blessed Sacrament church in Cambridge and more recently a parishioner of Saint Raphael's in Medford. She made the world a more beautiful place with her love, kindness, generosity, and joy of crafting bracelets and holiday decorations. Funeral from the Keefe Funeral Home, 5 Chestnut Street, (Rt.60, adjacent to St. Agnes Church) ARLINGTON on Tuesday at 8:00 A.M. Funeral Mass at Saint Raphael’s Church, Medford at 9:00 A.M.
