PANICO Carmen Richard of Medford, June 2. Panico, age 72, a USAF Vietnam War Era Veteran, Co-founder, CFO & Vice President of Xenon Corporation in Wilmington. Beloved husband for 47 years of Elizabeth A. (Clark) Panico. Son of the late Carmen and Mary (Buccelli) Panico. Also survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Kathleen M. and Scott Dell’Arciprete of Tewksbury; a son, Daniel J. Panico of Vineyard Haven, MA; three beloved grandchildren, Ashlee, and Britnee Dell’Arciprete and Chase Daniel Panico; his siblings, Vincent and his wife Jenny Panico of Cambridge, Robert and his wife Marion Panico of Quincy, Agnes and her husband Gino Merlo of Everett, Louis and his wife Marcia Panico of Danvers; his sisters-in-law, Norma Panico of Arlington, Alice Megna of Woburn, Barbara (Clark) Ryan-Arnold; his brothers-in-law, Robert Clark and wife Dorothy, and the late Paul Clark of Virginia; numerous nieces and nephews; and was predeceased by his siblings, Mary Duffy, Joseph Panico, Bernadine Panico, and Eugene Megna. Visiting hours are Sunday June 8, from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the Tewksbury Funeral Home, corner of 1 Dewey and 975 Main Sts. (Rte. 38) TEWKSBURY CENTER. His funeral will begin Monday at 10:30 a.m. from the funeral home, followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:30 a.m. in Saint William’s Church, 1351 Main Street (Rte 38) Tewksbury.
