HAINES Margaret Mary (Fries) Haines of Mansfield died June 4, 2012 following a period of declining health. She was 87 and the wife of the late George Haines of Centerville and the late Herbert “Bud” Burwell of Randolph. Born in Gloversville, NY on December 26, 1924, she was daughter of the late Harry and Margaret “Gussie” Fries of Plymouth. Peg was predeceased by her brother Patrick J. Laffey of Brookline and is survived by her brother Stanley Fries of Apopka, FL. Mrs. Haines is survived by her children: Stan Burwell and his wife Donna of Mansfield, Judith (Burwell) Hester and her husband Donald of Oakdale, MN, Jack Haines and his wife Barbara of Canton, Lois (Haines) Kelly and her husband Thomas of Mashpee, George Haines and his wife Mary Rita of Quincy, James Haines and his wife Theresa of Quincy, and Laurie (Haines) O’Brien and her husband Jack of Quincy. Additionally, she is survived by nineteen grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren, one great great grandchild and many nieces and nephews. Visiting hours will be conducted at Saint Mary’s Church at 330 Pratt Street, in MANSFIELD from 9:00A.M. to 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, June 14, 2012, followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:00 A.M.
