PARTOSAN Lydia (Bintucan), of Braintree formerly of South Boston passed away after a long illness January 28, 2014 at the age of 74. Beloved wife of 46 years to Leonardo Partosan. Loving mother of Lyle B. Partosan, Leo B. Partosan and Liezel B. Harvey all of Braintree. Devoted sister of Gertrudes Venus of FL, and the late Victor Bintucan of the Philippines. Dear grandmother of Victoria Allen, Miranda Partosan, Cameron and Conor Partosan, Dylan Morrill, Colin, Rose, Matthew, and Sara Harvey and the late Anjelica Mersereau. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Lydia was Born in the Philippines, came to the US and lived in South Boston for many years before moving to Braintree 10 years ago. She was retired from Gillette Co., of South Boston where she worked as an inspector and machine operator for over 25 years. Family and friends will gather Monday morning at the funeral home from 9:15 to 10:00 A.M. followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:30 A.M. in St. Francis of Assisi Church, South Braintree Square. Burial will take place in St. Mary Cemetery, Randolph. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society in Lydia's name and in appreciation of the Oncology Dept at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center, Boston.
