Thomas Vincent Fogle was born Feb. 3, 1957, and passed Sept. 18, 2013, at Samaritan Evergreen Hospice House, Albany, Ore.
Our beloved Tom passed away surrounded by his wife and family after a courageous battle with prostate cancer.
Tom began his life in Bozeman and attended school in Billings. He proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps
. Tom's profession took him to Montana, Washington state, Colorado and Oregon. He and his beloved wife, Cheryl, settled in Albany, Ore., in 2004.
Tom realized his life-long ambition becoming a 32nd degree Mason and proudly participated in the Santiam Shriner's Club. Tom was an avid sportsman, craftsman and proud Marine veteran. His greatest passion was his wife, Cheryl, and being a proud father to his daughter, Kate.
Tom was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Nancy, and sister, Morona Fogle, from Bozeman.
He is survived by his wife, Cheryl Fogle, of Albany, Ore.; his daughter, Kate Klarmann, of Staten Island, N.Y.; brother, Rob Fogle, of Racine, Wis.; and sister, Victoria Johnson, of Long Beach, Miss. Tom was beloved and embraced by his wife Cheryl's family.
Tom's passion for life extended to all he knew and loved. A celebration of his life will be held at the North Albany Community Church, 1273 Thornton Drive NW, Albany, OR, at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 21, 2013.
In lieu of flowers, his wife, Cheryl, would request that donations be made in memory of Tom to Samaritan Evergreen Hospice House in Albany, Ore. Arrangements are by Fisher Funeral Home in Albany.
