Anna Clousing, of Big Sky Care Center, passed away on May 23 from complications of a stroke.

Anna was born on Jan. 20, 1932 in Manhattan to Dave and Tina Schipper. She grew up and attended school at Manhattan Christian.

After graduation, she moved to Denver where she went to nursing school and later met David Clousing, whom she married on June 13, 1955. She had five children and was later divorced.

She enjoyed visiting with others, embroidering, and talking about her children and grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one daughter, Linda Hill of Harris, Iowa. Survivors include, two daughters, Beverly (Bill) Herman of Helena and Deborah (Randy) Scoggins of Luverne, Minn.; two sons, David Clousing of Iowa and Calvin Clousing of Gallatin Gateway; 13 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; brothers Orville (Gladys) Schipper and Wayne (Sandy) Schipper of Michigan; sisters Sadie Schipper, Trynia (Jerry) Hollenbeck of Montana, Jeanette (Lloyd) Haglund of Arizona and Thelma (Harv) Pluger of Michigan.

Funeral Services will be held at First Christian Reformed Church in Churchill on Tuesday, May 27 at 10:30 a.m. Graveside services will follow at Churchill Cemetery with a luncheon at the church afterwards.

Memorials can be given to Big Sky Care Center of Helena or Green Meadow Christian Reformed Church of Helena.
