Barbara A. Schneiter, 80, died Tuesday, Nov. 17, 2009, in Deer Lodge. She was born on May 6, 1929, to Clarence and Grace Kendell. At a young age they moved to Bozeman, where Barbara received her education.

She married her soulmate, Armean Schneiter, on Nov. 11, 1946. They spent many great nights dancing at the Eagles. The couple farmed for 55 years north of Central Park. She loved to go fishing and be outside. Barbara also drove school bus for the Belgrade School District for many years.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Armean; parents; and sister, Lucille.

She is survived and will be forever missed by her daughter and son-in-law, Nancy and Rick Cline, and grandchildren Travis (Stacie) Cline, Robert (Barb) Cline, great-grandchildren Charlee and Remington Cline, and Blakelyn Cline, all of Deer Lodge; daughter, Susan Kieckbusch, and grandchildren Cristina (Destry) Jacob and Kade Kieckbusch, all of Belgrade.

Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, Nov. 23, at Meadow View Cemetery in Manhattan.

Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.

Jewell Funeral Home in Deer Lodge is in charge of arrangements.
