Bruce was born Sept. 11, 1987 in Grand Junction, Colo. to Bruce and Debbie Pavey. Bruce enjoyed attending all types of community events whenever possible. He was very active and enjoyed the outdoors, as well as swimming, floating, basketball, all types of music, and dancing.

He was preceded in death by his father, Bruce Allen Pavey, Sr. in 1997.

Randall; and grandmothers, Margaret C. Spaulding ("Nanny") and Edith M. Randall ("Gramma Edie"); and grandfather, Jerry Nelson Spaulding of Clearwater, Fla.
