Cashton Cole Erickson "Cash," 7 weeks, of Belgrade passed away of SIDS suddenly Monday night, Sept. 21, 2009.

Cashton was born on July 31, 2009, in Bozeman to Cody and Shianne Erickson. While only a short time with us, he touched so many lives and will never be forgotten. His brothers, Brayden and Easton, loved him so much; Brayden always wanted to hold his brother and help in any way. Brayden sang Johnny Cash songs daily and was bummed when he wasn't named Johnny Cash, but settled for Cashton. Easton was protective and always made sure everyone used two hands to hold his "Cashy Boo Boo."

Mommy and Daddy will never forget you and loved every moment we were with you! Cashton was loved by so many!

Survivors include his parents, Cody and Shianne Erickson; brothers, Brayden, 6, and Easton, 2; maternal grandparents, Ron and Wanda Skinner of Belgrade, and Jordan and Mary Shumway of Arizona; paternal grandparents, Jody and Chad Cameron ("Baba" and "Jedo") of Belgrade, and Miles Erickson of Belgrade; maternal great-grandparents, Kenny and Chloe Ann Shumway of Utah; paternal great-grandparents, Gigi and Papa Sam Jackson of Belgrade, Harry and Lois Erickson of Belgrade, and Old Baba of California; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Memorial contributions may be made to Wells Fargo Account #7810084017, 211 W. Main St., Bozeman, MT 59715.

Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Sept. 25, at Dahl Funeral Chapel. A funeral service will be at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 26, at Real Life Christian Center in Belgrade, with interment to follow in Meadowview Cemetery in Manhattan.

Condolences and memories may be shared with the family at www.dahlcares.com.
