The Guest Book is expired.

Our precious Charity Jo Pacheco went to meet her Lord unexpectedly at age 33, on March 26, 2012. She is survived by her 9-year-old daughter, Isabella Hope Pacheco; her mother, Carol Walker and father, Don Syvrud; her brother, Travis Syvrud with his wife, Ruth and two daughters, Hannah and Glorya, all from Belgrade; maternal grandmother, Martha Walker; along with many aunts, uncles, and cousins; Charity's in-laws, Jim and Judy Camp along with their son, Tony who currently live in Rome, Ga.; and their other son, Brett and his wife, Jennifer Pacheco and their two sons, Elijah and Isaiah, who live in Alabama; along with whom we share the shock of death and the hope of eternal life in heaven. Charity was preceded in death by her husband, Troy Pacheco on April 1, 2003 in Rome, Ga.; her paternal grandparents, Muggs and Edith Syvrud; and her maternal grandfather, Reinhold Walker.

Charity was born in Bozeman on May 9, 1978, graduated from Belgrade High in May 1997, attended an Airline Academy in Seattle, and was licensed in phlebotomy. In 2001, she moved to Rome, Ga., where she and Troy Pacheco were married on Dec. 12, 2001, and where Isabella was born on Oct. 17, 2002. Her job of choice through the years however, was being a server in restaurants which allowed her more time with her "Lil Angel" Bella. Charity loved to serve and loved to cook. She recently hosted dinner for her family at Christmas and her Dad's birthday in March. In her home and garage were numerous plaques with scripture verses. A favorite at this time is one that says: "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11. May this be our prayer for Bella in the days to come. Isabella loves Jesus and can often be heard singing songs to Him; she's a bright light in a dark world, and is the very best of her mommy and daddy. God has special plans for her life.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 31, at the Evangelical Free Church, 1701 S. 19th Ave. in Bozeman.

A memorial fund has been set up for Isabella, named the "Charity Pacheco Memorial Fund" at US Bank, 1460 N. 19th Ave., Bozeman, MT 59718, (406) 522-3289. Those who would prefer contacting a family member rather than the bank can contact Charity's brother, Pastor Travis Syvrud at P.O. Box 264, Belgrade, MT 59714.

"Boz" was deeply loved and will be greatly missed.
