Earl O. Green, 59, passed away of natural causes on Wednesday, April 29, 2009, at his home in Four Corners. He was born on March 24, 1950, in Alma, Mich., to Dwight and Helen (Cliff) Green.

Earl grew up and attended school in Alma, Mich., and attended Michigan State University.
On July 4, 2004, Earl married the love of his life, Lori, in the front yard of their home.
Earl was a carpenter for Hageman Construction, building condos at Big Sky and working on a vet clinic in Bozeman.
He enjoyed sailing and participated in races in and around the Gallatin Valley. He loved to garden, build birdhouses, collect petrified wood and crystals, and he was a great cook. He volunteered at Eagle Mount with the swim program, horseback riding, and skating program.
Earl was an honest man with a big heart.
He is survived by his wife, Lori Green; son, Duncan Green; and a brother, George Green.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Friday, May 8, at the family home at 11374 River Road.
