Edith M. Jones, 80, passed away on Friday, May 31, 2013 at Spring Creek Inn with her family by her side. Edith was born in Pound, Wis. on April 8, 1933 to Fred and Ethel Suchalla. She grew up and attended school in Crivitz, Wis. She married Donald M. Jones in September 1950 and they made their home in Green Bay, Wis. and later moved to the farm in Abrams, Wis.

In 1972 they moved to Bozeman where they owned and operated the West Gate Laundry and Lehrkinds Ice Cream. Edith was the first greeter at the Bozeman McDonalds on 15th Ave., she sold Avon products, worked for Life Link, Helen Johnson Real Estate and retired from Realty Connections.
Much of Edith's life revolved around her children and grandchildren. She was the score keeper/manager for 35 years for their softball teams and loved anything to do with her grandchildren.
Edith enjoyed sewing, knitting, gardening, canning and shopping for the grandchildren. She was a Christian lady that loved to attend church at the Christian Center and Abundant Life Fellowship.
She is survived by her daughters, Devera (Richard) Lemirande and DeEtte (Randall) Visser; sons, Darold (Malee) Jones, Dan (Carrie) Jones, Dean (Cindy) Jones and Dwight (Tracey) Jones; sisters, Betty (Orby) Jones, Doris (Roger) Mocco and Bertha (Bernie) Uhl; brother, Duane (Bonnie) Suchalla; and 16 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and grandson, Caleb Jones in 2012.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 8 at the Connect Church at Four Corners.
