Eleanore Anderson Bolander, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, went to be with her Lord and Savior July 3, 2013 while at home in Bozeman.

She was born and raised in Denver, Colo. She married Carl R. Bolander during World War II. They were married for 68 years. They had two daughters. The family moved to Des Moines, Iowa when Carl accepted a job with Preferred Risk Insurance Company.
While in Des Moines, Eleanore helped start the local Christian Women's Club. She also began a home for girls recently released from prison, helping give them a foundation on which to build a new life.
After returning to Denver, she taught a ladies Bible study for 25 years. Her heart was to serve her Lord, family and friends in all ways.
In later years, Eleanore and Carl moved to Bozeman to be with family. Her husband preceded her in death by seven weeks. She is survived by her two daughters, Joan (Ralph) Cale and Lanie Bolander; two grandchildren, Rachel (Trygve) Dahle, Eric Cale and three great-grandchildren.
A memorial service to honor both Eleanore and Carl will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, July 22 at Grace Bible Church in the Fireside Room.
