Eunice Nona Dale, 87, of Bozeman went to be with her Savior Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2011.
The Guest Book is expired.
Eunice was born April 15, 1924, in Woodsville, N.H., to Elmer and Lilla (Martin) Stimson.
She married her one and only love, Edward Ellsworth Dale, and the couple had three children. She grew up in Glenncliff, N.H., and then lived most of her adult life in Long Beach, Calif., before moving to Bozeman four years ago.
Eunice enjoyed her life as a homemaker, where she was able to spend time with her family and care for others. She loved having her children come home when they were older so that they could have family vacations together.
After Ellsworth passed away in 1974, she enjoyed her work as a grocery store clerk.
Eunice was committed to serving the Lord and was a great example of showing Christ's unconditional love.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ellsworth; her sister, Wilma Fillinger; and her brother, Delton Stimson.
Survivors include her daughters, Linda (Stan) Tenney and Bonnie Dale; son, Ed (Annette) Dale; sisters, Elsine Roderick, Ardeth Ball and Noreen Chase; brother, Preston Stimson; eight grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-granddaughter.
The family would like to give many thanks to her Bozeman Health and Rehab "family" who loved her and took such good care of her these past three years.
At Eunice's request, no services will be held.
Arrangements are in the care of Dokken-Nelson Funeral Service, www.dokkennelson.com.
