Fred Marvin Eddy passed away Feb. 18, 2009, in Ennis. He was born on June 20, 1922, in Bristow, Okla.

Fred served proudly in World War II.

He was loved and will be missed by his wife, Nell Eddy; sister, Ruth Baker; children, Sue (Glenn) Frye, Carol (Tom) Tuter, DeeDee (Pat) Finkel, and Ray Eddy; grandchildren, Tammee Ryan, Glenn Frye Jr., Samantha Steele, Christie Syftestad, Tommy Tuter, Stacie Bagley, Nick Finkel; and numerous great-grandchildren.

Private services will be held.

In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the JDRF NW Chapter, 1200 Sixth Ave., #605, Seattle, WA 98101 in the name of Tammee Ryan in honor of Fred's great-grandson, Jesse, who has type 1 diabetes.
