James Gerald Henry, 82, of Bozeman passed away on April 4, 2010. James was born in Chicago, Ill., on Sept. 3, 1927, to Forrest Henry and Margaret Lowery.

James served as a corporal in the Air Force during World War II.

He met and married Patricia Kennedy, the love of his life, on Feb. 14, 1952, and they had two daughters, Mary Kay and Susan.

James was an avid outdoorsman, with hunting and fishing being his favorites.

He retired from the Metropolitan Sanitary District of Greater Chicago as an electrical engineer.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his loving wife, and his brother and best friend, John Henry.

James is survived by his daughter, Mary Kay (John) Sherrier of Lake Zurich, Ill., and their children, John and Madeleine Sherrier of Lake Zurich; and by his daughter, Susan (Jim) Hanrahan of Bozeman and their son, Sean Hanrahan of Bozeman.

In keeping with James' wishes, no services will be held.
