The Guest Book is expired.

Our loving father, grandfather and friend went home with the angels back into the open and loving arms of his dear wife, Linda. Jerry Armstrong was born in Billings, Mont. in 1945 and spent his early childhood on a ranch west of Forsyth until his family moved to Three Forks in the late 1950s.

Here he met and married the love of his life, Linda, and settled down and raised a family. Jerry was never at a loss for words or humor, and loved to B.S. with anyone about anything, especially cars. Jerry had a passion for his cars from the time he was 15 until the day he left us. He prided himself in taking care of his family and friends and his door was always open to them.

Jerry was preceded in death by his wife and soul mate, Linda; father, William; mother, Francilia; and sister, Bonnie. He is survived by his sons, Barry (Patti), Jeff (Kathleen), Marty (Julia); and eight grandchildren; brothers, William and Stuart; and sisters, Joan, Billie, and Donna Lee.

Dad, although your loss has left a giant hole in our world, we take solace in knowing that you once again have your "happily ever after" with mom. You are no longer in pain, no longer mourning and you two are holding hands, tearing up the asphalt of heaven in your convertible; top down, radio up loud… We miss you both more than words could ever express.

A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, Aug. 28 at 11 a.m. at the Three Forks Bible Church.
