Kathleen Theresa (Nickell) Snajdr was granted her angel wings on Sept. 10, 2011, in Billings, after a brief battle with cancer. Her final days were spent surrounded by family.

Kathy was born June 26, 1956, in Cincinnati, Ohio, to mom, Kathleen (Cochran) Zugaza and father, Robert Nickell. Kathy spent most of her professional life as a realtor in the Gallatin Valley. She was Rookie of the Year in 1986.
In 2009, Kathy relocated to Billings, after building a home in Radersburg. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, friend and mentor.
Kathy married Otto Jiri Snajdr Sr. on May 10, 1975, in Helena. Together, over the next 25 years, they raised a family and built a life together, first in Townsend and then in Belgrade. Kathy enjoyed travelling, cooking and baseball. Her greatest joy was spending time with her three grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her aunt, Mary Roberts; grandparents, Mildred (Huber) and John Cochran; father, Robert Nickell; and uncle, Cpl. John Michael (Mickey) Cochran, U.S.A.
Kathy is survived by her mother, Kathleen Zugaza of Absarokee, and stepfather, Roman Zugaza of Butte; her two children, Melissa Ann (Snajdr) Thompson of Billings (husband, Brandon and son, Gunner Snajdr Thompson), and Otto Justin Snajdr of Belgrade (wife, JoLea and children, Makayla Ann Snajdr and Gavin Otto Val Snajdr); siblings, Richard Lyon, Dion Lyon, John Michael Zugaza and Mary Jo Zugaza.
