Leo Craig Zahara, 46, passed away Sept. 12, 2009, in Hyalite Canyon. Born March 28, 1963, to Leo Zahara and Donna Smith, Leo Craig lived the majority of his life in Belgrade and Bozeman.

Leo Craig was loved by many and always carried a smile. He graduated from Belgrade High School in 1981 as second in his class. After graduation he joined the Air Force working in the avionics department for six and a half years. During this time Leo Craig met and fell deeply in love with Yvette Zahara. Following their marriage their first bundle of joy was their daughter, Melissa Zahara, in 1989. Four years later their second bundle of joy entered the world, their son, Craig James Zahara, in 1993. They spent many loving years together as a family.

Fishing, golf and most outdoor activities is how Leo Craig liked to spend his time. Laughing with friends and spending time at family events was how Leo Craig enjoyed his days off. He was an excellent manager for the company Printing for Less at the time of his death. Previous to this he was also a great manager for the company, Simms. He spoke highly of his co-workers and the companies where he pursued his career.

His funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 22, at Grace Bible Church; the service will be open to the public. There is also a memorial fund at the First Security Bank called the Leo Z. Fund; at this time they are accepting donations from the public for the benefit of his children.

He is loved and missed by many. Leo Craig will forever be in all our hearts, may he rest in peace.
