Les Denning passed away June 20, 2008. Les was born on April 2, 1952 in Great Falls. He moved to Bozeman in 1970 and received a bachelor's degree in political science from Montana State University. He continued living and working in Bozeman as a car salesman and a Realtor, owning his own business, Rocky Mountain Realty.

Les had many interests which included fishing and woodworking. Les was an avid artist and collector. He enjoyed finding good buys, telling bad jokes and visiting with his many friends.

Les was preceded in death by his father, Lorenz Denning; and younger brother, Daniel Denning. He is survived by his mother, Marianne Denning of Great Falls; a brother, James Denning of Seattle, Wash.; and two sisters, Kay Lassila Rogers of Great Falls, and Carol Capps of Rocky Boy.

A memorial service is scheduled for Monday, June 23, at 1 p.m. in the Dokken-Nelson Sunset Chapel, 113 South Willson Ave, Bozeman. Should friend desire, memorial contributions may be made to the Bozeman Deaconess Hospice, 915 Highland Blvd. Bozeman, MT 59715.
