Lloyd W. McPherson, 83, of Livingston, died at Livingston Memorial Hospital Saturday evening, Oct. 13, 2007.

Cremation has taken place at Franzen-Davis Crematory. No services are planned at this time.
Lloyd was born Aug. 11, 1924, in Harlowton, the son of Harry R. and Constance (Britton) McPherson. He spent his early life and attended schools in Maudlow. After graduation from high school he entered the U.S. Army and served overseas during World War II. Following his discharge he returned to Montana and worked as an electrical lineman at several different locations. After retiring in the mid-1970s, he worked at various jobs before moving to Livingston in the mid-1990s.
Lloyd enjoyed fly fishing and bowling.
Survivors include two daughters, Gayle (Wayne Moore) McPherson of Big Timber, and Cheryl (Robert) Bennett of Bozeman; three grandchildren, Taylor Johnson, Logan Johnson and Autumn Wick.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Wayne McPherson; and a brother, Melvin McPherson.
