THREE FORKS -- Raymond P. Tocci, 83, of Three Forks passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, Aug. 8, 2010, with his family present.

Raymond was born Oct. 26, 1926, in Great Falls to Peter and Cecelia (Horan) Tocci. He attended grade school in the Lane School near Three Forks and then Three Forks High School.
He served in the U.S. Army during World War II with the 43rd Signal Corps and Engineer.
He married Betty Jane Carter on July 17, 1947, in Three Forks.
He served on the Willow Creek school board and had an intense love of flying, which led to his serving as manager of the airport board in Three Forks.
Raymond ranched in Willow Creek from 1946 to 1969 and then ranched in Toston and Malta until 1974. After selling the ranches he began his cattle-buying career. After exiting cattle buying, he began a real estate and insurance business and later a construction company prior to retiring.
He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Rodney Paul Tocci; grandson, Peter J. Tocci; and granddaughter, Emily Balich.
Survivors include his wife, Betty Tocci; sisters, Patricia Hengel and Elaine Ferentchak; seven sons, Larry, Mark, Knute, Bruce, Randy, Scott and Chris; two daughters, Susan Campbell and Pam Whitmore; 12 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Memorials are preferred to the Three Forks Wrestling Club, P.O. Box 223, Three Forks, MT 59752; or to Reach, Inc.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 14, at K&L Mortuary Chapel in Three Forks with Robert Lane officiating. Interment will follow in Mount Green Cemetery in Willow Creek. Viewing will be Thursday and Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. at K&L Mortuary Chapel.
