Richard Dean Morgan, 46, left this world too soon.

Born in Arcadia, Calif. Dec. 18, 1965; passed away in his sleep at home in Billings, Mont. Aug. 20, 2012. Husband to Korie Morgan (Billings), father to Allen and Kayla Morgan (Bozeman), step-father to Coty Carlson (Helena), son of Carroll Benjamin II and Bonnie (Clancy). Brother to Melinda, Corena, Heather and Carroll Benjamin III. Uncle to Joe, Brandon, Thomas, Vernisha, Cheri, Taylor, and Anthony (deceased).

Rich worked as a sheet metal journeyman for Norpac Sheet Metal, played as a Harley rider, and has made many friends across the entire state of Montana and beyond. This summer was spent gathering points for the ABC's of Touring Contest for the Harley Owners Group. Rich set a goal to reach 78 points and achieved that the weekend before his passing. He loved to laugh and play tricks. Everyone is invited to come and share favorite stories and quotes, such as "It's only a flesh wound."

Memorial service, Saturday, Aug. 25, 2012 at 1 p.m. at Fortress of Joy located at 720 Faw Rd., Helena. Donations can be sent in his name to the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
