Troy Brian Schneidenbach passed peacefully in the home of his loving family June 15, 2015. Troy was born on Jan. 20, 2015. After struggling for nearly five months with Apert Syndrome, he passed gently into the arms of Jesus.

The name Troy means "Warrior" and he certainly was our little warrior. He fought through heart surgery, respiratory issues and other medical conditions.

During his brief journey, he loved being held the most. He loved his Mamaroo swing, noisemaker and having his hands in his mouth. He loved hugs, kisses and cuddling from family and friends.

Troy is deeply loved by his mommy and daddy, Carly and Josh Schneidenbach, his twin sister Macy, big brother Tanner, his grandparents, his great-grandparents, his aunts, uncles and many others.

We are thankful for the time we had with him and know that we will hold him again in heaven one day.

Arrangements are in the care of Dokken-Nelson Funeral Service.
