Wilbur Frank Frisbie, 58, of McAllister, Mont. passed away Friday, Nov. 2, after a short illness in the Billings Clinic.

Mr. Frisbie was born Aug. 21, 1954 in Ennis to Alden and Ione Frisbie. He grew up on the family ranch at McAllister, graduated from Ennis High School and worked on various ranches in the Madison Valley as well as Cody, Wyo. and Three Forks, Mont., most recently hauling cattle for Ferguson Cattle Company of Bozeman.
Wilbur loved working with cows, especially mother cows. He read voraciously and loved a lively debate with friends.
His parents preceded him in death and he is survived by a sister, Sherri Jackson, Palmer, Alaska; brother and sister-in-law, Scott "Buzz" and Sue Frisbie, Bellingham, Wash.; nephews, Grady Jackson, Cody, Wyo. and Travis Jackson, Acampo, Calif.; nieces, Sasha Melvin, Mill Creek, Wash. and Laci Frisbie, Los Angeles, Calif.; five great nephews, and one great niece.
Memorial services will be Friday, Nov. 9 at 2 p.m. at the Madison Valley Presbyterian Church in Ennis. Cremation has taken place and his ashes will be scattered at a later date in the mountains where he loved herding cattle.
