LEE ANN REYNOLDS

On Thursday, Jan. 30, 2014, Montana native Lee Ann Reynolds Carroll began her next journey. She was born to Leonard E. Reynolds and Theda Farnsworth Reynolds on Jan. 28, 1941 in Missoula.
She had a very full and meaningful life, learning to the end.
She attended elementary, high school, and college in Missoula. She was a member of the Beta Sigma Phi sorority, holding many offices, including president, vice president, and Girl of the Year. She worked several years at the Missoula County Fair Booth. She later continued working the fair in the horse racing venue. Because of her love for horses and racing, she ran the para mutual horse racing telecast at the Lucky Strike Casino, where she had many friends and followers.
Lee Ann was a single mother of two and worked very hard to provide for her family. She is cherished by her children.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Leonard "Pete" Reynolds, Captain of the US Air Force when he was killed in action; and her uncle, Archie Yoder.
She is survived by her children, Michael James Carroll and Dana Carroll Short; her son-in-law, Gary Short; her granddaughter, Megan Courtney Short; and many nieces and nephews.
She will be missed by her family and many friends.
A Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, Feb. 4 at 2 p.m. at Dokken-Nelson Sunset Chapel.
